Printer ON but paper pulling LED is blinking!!!

It is painful to maintenance a printer specially ink jet printer. It should print regularly otherwise its head can block by the condensed ink. If the printer head is damage it can replace by another one but price is high and a new printer can buy. Another hardware problem is printer on but paper pulling LED is blinking and paper doesn’t pull in to the printer. Why?    

1.     Printer’s sensor does not work. Some times paper jammed in the roller in that case if we try to pull the paper out of the printer the sensor can damage.

2.     Paper doesn’t keep properly to the paper tray. 

    

                                                            

Solution:

 

1.     If the printer’s sensor does not work, we should go to a hardware engineer who is specialist in printer. After changing the sensor it would work again.

2.     Keep paper appropriately to the paper tray.

3.     If printer has no other problem, it will pull the paper perfectly. And blinking will stop.

Specific program (soft) does not open or hanged?

We install various programs in our computer for various purposes. Some are necessary and some are unnecessary. We should remove unnecessary program. Some times problem occurred, a specific program does not open or opened but hanged or opened but stopped itself. Why?

1.     May be the computer has insufficient memory or RAM.

2.     Installed program is defected.

Solution:

1.     Generally insufficient memory create problem to run the program. In this situation we should have to increase memory otherwise no way.

2.     We can install that program in a good computer. If the program doesn’t run it should guess that program is defected. Or its any file is corrupted.

Power comes but no print on printer why?

A printer is used for print in paper of the processing result of computer (CPU). Printer is one of the output devices of computer. If we print any information in paper it is called hard copy. In a printer has memory where the processing result has saved. When we command for print it starts to print in paper. But some times it does malfunction. Why?

1.     Printer port (parallel port) may be damaged.

2.     Printer cable is not may be connected correctly to the printer port.

3.     Printer cable may be damaged.

Computer is doing abnormal behavior!!!!

We use computer device for various purpose. Computer is assembled of some electronic parts. Some times we use this device for many hours.  As a result the parts go to hot quickly. For over temperature, the computer starts malfunctioning or abnormal behavior like black out screen, junky screen, hang etc. Some times for over hit the parts can damage. We should check the condition of PC by opening the casing. If the mother board and other parts are dusty we can clean by a soft brush. Because dust makes the parts over hot.

After shut down the PC, again start and the problem can be solved if the parts are good condition.

Press Alt+Ctrl+Del, hard disk not detected?

All the computer users once fall in this problem. When we press the power button, a black screen comes and show disk errors and commands us to press Alt+Ctrl+Del or restart the PC. After pressing the restart button most of the time this message shows again. Computer doesn’t run. Now we will find what is the problem?

1.     Hard disk does not get the power properly.

     

2.     SATA or IDE cable has problem.

3.     The circuit board of hard disk has problem.

Solution:

1.     At first we must re - connect the power connector and SATA cable tightly. If it has loose connection then the hard disk will detect.

2.     We should change the connector of the power supply to find the          problem is happening by the power or not. If the problem is the power, the hard disk will detect after change the power connector.

3.     To find the problem is happened by the SATA or IDE cable, we should change the SATA or IDE cable.

4.     If the above solution is not applicable then it has the circuit board problem. In this case we have to change the circuit board but it can only solve the hardware engineer.

5.     If the hard disk drive mechanism have problem then you have to buy a new hard disk.
