Power comes but no print on printer why?

A printer is used for print in paper of the processing result of computer (CPU). Printer is one of the output devices of computer. If we print any information in paper it is called hard copy. In a printer has memory where the processing result has saved. When we command for print it starts to print in paper. But some times it does malfunction. Why?

1.     Printer port (parallel port) may be damaged.

2.     Printer cable is not may be connected correctly to the printer port.

3.     Printer cable may be damaged.

4.     Printer it self defected.

     

5.     Printer driver is not installed perfectly or driver is mismatching.

                                                   

                                             

Printer in Trouble

Solution:

      

1.     At first check that printer cable is tightly connected to the printer and computer.

2.     We can check the printer cable/data cable by using another good cable.

3.     Use the printer to another computer if there does not print the printer is defected.

4.     If the upper process is fine then install the printer driver correctly or re install.
